I was greeted with excellent service as soon as I stepped on the lot. I knew what kind of car I was looking for and they had just bought one at auction a few days before. It was a Tornado Red 2007 VW Rabbit. Dealer said that I could have it but he needed a couple of days to detail and paint the bumper and also a bit of touch up. He threw in 2 brand new tires and did service on the car before I took it home. Very accommodating, warm, and honest. Family owned and operated and they hold themselves to high standards. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend friends.

For the first time I had an enjoyable time purchasing a new vehicle for our family. Al was great to work with. He sold us an excellent car at an excellent price. I had done my research before buying our vehicle from A&M Auto. No doubt in my mind I got the best vehicle at the best price at the best financing available. I fully endorse Al and A&M auto. Weeks of research and poor dealership service took me to A & M Auto. Now I cannot imagine buying a car anywhere else!!! The car is excellent but the service, priceless! This is a rare and special business run by a precious family which because of their knowledge, enthusiasm, integrity, and warmth made the experience a cherished event! The car will be a reminder of the people whose business motto is "always do the right thing and things will work out" (Al of A & M). If you are in the market run to A & M Auto, no matter the distance. The drive home will simply allow you to reflect upon the unique and special service which will comfort and satisfy you like a hearty family meal. I cannot wait to go back!

I never do this-but after I purchased my 2012 M-B from A & M I felt compelled to write a note about them, and the guys who work there. A sincere thanks to both Al & Roger. Both Al & Roger are top-notch dudes who follow-through on what they say they are going to do. I am grateful for their help not only with the purchase and financing but with walking a life-long Chevy guy through how to operate and maintain a high-end Benz. They always answer the phone and if they are busy will call you back if you have a question. These guys are legit-totally forthright and no BS. I have ever been treated better by ANY automobile agency or dealership. I am going to make my next automobile purchase from A & M.

Had the absolute best costumer service from Al, such a wise, genuine and honest person, good vibe from the beginning. Made my car buying experience easy, pleasant and unforgettable.
