I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease. We had the freedom to ask many questions and Roger answered all of our questions. He even let us walk out the shop! Could you believe it? What dealership would do that? My husband and I loved the car after we saw it in person and test drove it. However, we wanted to compare at other local dealerships and we did; but we returned to A&M because they offered the best service, attitude, price and quality of vehicle. I bought a 2011 Chevy HHR with less than 7,000 miles on it. It is in new condition. It even smells new. I enjoyed the purchase process much more than other car purchases I've made it the past. I'd recommend A&M to anyone looking for a car.

I purchased a 2006 dodge Durango my credit score was horrible and Mr. AL and his staff went over and beyond to make sure I was financed. . I had to go home and cry cause I was at my end... someone actually gave me a second chance. .. His words were "IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY"... I WILL ALWAYS BE IN HIS DEBT....

The staff at A&M auto were amazing helped get me into my new BMW and consigened my old BMW had it sold the first week. The A & M salesperson, Roger, did a masterful job handling the sales process. He was knowledgeable, professional and co-operative. Searching nationwide; the 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 was priced within the cost range of comparable year and models. As an outer state buyer, the entire sales process was completed via telephone, internet and overnight mail. The entire sales transaction was seamless and completed with NO issues.
