Weeks of research and poor dealership service took me to A & M Auto. Now I cannot imagine buying a car anywhere else!!! The car is excellent but the service, priceless! This is a rare and special business run by a precious family which because of their knowledge, enthusiasm, integrity, and warmth made the experience a cherished event! The car will be a reminder of the people whose business motto is "always do the right thing and things will work out" (Al of A & M). If you are in the market run to A & M Auto, no matter the distance. The A & M salesperson, Roger, did a masterful job handling the sales process. He was knowledgeable, professional and co-operative. Searching nationwide; the 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 was priced within the cost range of comparable year and models. As an outer state buyer, the entire sales process was completed via telephone, internet and overnight mail. The entire sales transaction was seamless and completed with NO issues. Hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing anything. I did all the paperwork and whatnot with Al. Dude is sincere, kind, funny and just an absolutely awesome person. Seriously, the experience was so good that we felt that we should buy a gift for the guy (and we did). They've relied on referrals and repeat business for 30 years, and the attention to detail, promptness, kindness and sincerity bear this out. If anyone had anything other than a glowing opinion of this dealership, I would be thoroughly shocked. Only met Ryan briefly, but he seemed like a really good guy. No plans to buy cars anywhere else currently.

Generally I dread walking into a dealership because feel like I get pounced on by salesmen that try to talk you into anything. Two of my co-workers recommended A & M. Al was very friendly and did not pressure me into anything. I left and checked some other dealerships but I came back and bought a 2011 Kia Soul. They were also able to help me sell my car as well. I appreciate the great service from Al & Roger.

Had the absolute best costumer service from Al, such a wise, genuine and honest person, good vibe from the beginning. Made my car buying experience easy, pleasant and unforgettable. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR. THEY WENT FAR BEYOND WHAT ANYONE ELSE DID TO HELP ME FIND A CAR AND GET FINANCED. I HAVE SENT A FEW PEOPLE THERE AND THEY WERE ALL SATISFIED. AL THE OWNER IS ONE OF THE NICEST PEOPLE I'VE MET. HE'S NOT JUST LOOKING FOR A SALE BUT THE RIGHT CAR FOR YOU.
