Had a lot of questions about the car and especially about the numbers. Al answered all without talking down to me. I especially appreciate not being taken advantage of because I am a woman. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, both new and used, 3 in the last year 1/2. Buying the Mustang from A&M Autos was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. There is no TO man to insult your intelligences. The owners and their son Rodger are just real nice folks and a pleasure to do business with.
Before I went shopping for a car, I did a lot of research so I recognized the fact that the car was priced right.Roger gave me a good price with out a lot of haggling. I can't say enough good things about the car buying experience. I work A LOT and have crazy hours, I emailed the guys here at A&M Auto about a car I was interested in and I got an email the next day about setting up an appointment to see it. Well the appointment came and went and I didn't have time to go. Flash forward 3 weeks later and my husband and I decide to stop by just in case the car was still there, it was however it was being test driven at the time. We spoke to Roger about what type of car we were looking for and surprisingly he pointed us in the direction of another car that I LOVE! Initially we were going to get a Jeep but when we saw the Hyundai and the room/ features it offered we were sold. I would have never even thought about getting a Hyundai over a jeep until I spoke with Roger. He really understood what we were looking for and made the whole process so easy. He even got me a better financing rate than USAA and that is saying a lot! I have had my car two months now and I could not be happier, she runs amazing, is great on gas, has awesome features and she's all mine thanks to the guys at A&M. Wonderful service really, when it is time for my husband to buy a car we are definitely coming back!
