I had to go home and cry cause I was at my end... someone actually gave me a second chance. .. His words were "IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY"... I WILL ALWAYS BE IN HIS DEBT....

The A & M salesperson, Roger, did a masterful job handling the sales process. He was knowledgeable, professional and co-operative. Searching nationwide; the 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 was priced within the cost range of comparable year and models. As an outer state buyer, the entire sales process was completed via telephone, internet and overnight mail. The entire sales transaction was seamless and completed with NO issues. I was looking for a good car with easy maintenance, good gas mileage, and longevity all at a great price. I found it at A&M Auto. Nice people to do business with. Had a lot of questions about the car and especially about the numbers. Al answered all without talking down to me. I especially appreciate not being taken advantage of because I am a woman. I purchased my Toyota from Al in 2011. I love my rav4. The value I received on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle A&M will be the first place I go. I know That if A&M does not have the vehicle I am looking for they will find it at an excellent price and in excellent condition. There was no high sales pitch. The car was like new with very low mileage and in excellent condition. They were very professional and did not try to sell us something we did not want. When I need to buy another car I will definitely check them out first. In fact, we did not look at any other cars before we bought this one. Their operation is small, father and part-time son who is an attorney for a prominent firm in Fresno, but they are honest and have good integrity. The owner is the oldest used car dealership in Fresno (29 years) and we can see why he has been so successful. There's no BS in their approach.

A&M Auto got me into the car I've always wanted. It was in excellent condition and I love the way they were willing to help get me financed. When I ran into a small problem I brought the car back and immediately they got it fixed and I was back on the road. Great business and honest and reliable family.
