Everybody was so amazing!!! i love my car and al went everyway possible to make sure it was mine!!!! thanks alot guys!!

My wife and I were in the market for a quality used car. We’ve bought cars from the huge dealers in the past and we were already dreading the stress and pressure of haggling and dealing with different salespersons, supervisors and managers. So we thought we would try a smaller dealer in the area to see what happens. We didn’t want to spend too much money and didn’t want to pay new car prices. We thought it would be impossible to find a good dependable used car that would stay inside our budget. The first place we looked was A & M Auto. We told Al (Owner/Broker) what kind of car we were looking for and what our budget was. That’s all we had to say. Al showed us a few different cars that fit our requirements and didn’t pressure us into spending more. In fact, Al lowered the price of another car down to our budget, and that’s the car we liked the best. We didn’t want to buy a car at the first place we looked at, so we left to check the competition. We spent countless hours comparing six other car dealers in the area. We told all the other salespersons what kind of car we were looking for and what our budget was. Then the stress and pressure for us to spend more began. The truth is that the comparable car we found at A & M Auto was thousands more at the other dealers. Needless to say, we went straight back to A & M Auto. Our advice is to stay away from those dealers that have layers and layers of receptionists, salespersons, supervisors, managers, executives, cost-wasting overhead, etc… All those layers of employees end up increasing the price of your car. Weeks of research and poor dealership service took me to A & M Auto. Now I cannot imagine buying a car anywhere else!!! The car is excellent but the service, priceless! This is a rare and special business run by a precious family which because of their knowledge, enthusiasm, integrity, and warmth made the experience a cherished event! The car will be a reminder of the people whose business motto is "always do the right thing and things will work out" (Al of A & M). If you are in the market run to A & M Auto, no matter the distance. The drive home will simply allow you to reflect upon the unique and special service which will comfort and satisfy you like a hearty family meal. I cannot wait to go back!

There was no high sales pitch. The car was like new with very low mileage and in excellent condition. They were very professional and did not try to sell us something we did not want. When I need to buy another car I will definitely check them out first. In fact, we did not look at any other cars before we bought this one. Their operation is small, father and part-time son who is an attorney for a prominent firm in Fresno, but they are honest and have good integrity. The owner is the oldest used car dealership in Fresno (29 years) and we can see why he has been so successful. There's no BS in their approach.

As new car buyers that don't really know the ropes, we found the process to be extremely easy and simple. We appreciated the feeling of a salesman that looked after our best interest. I highly recommend A & M auto.

The A & M salesperson, Roger, did a masterful job handling the sales process. He was knowledgeable, professional and co-operative. Searching nationwide; the 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 was priced within the cost range of comparable year and models. As an outer state buyer, the entire sales process was completed via telephone, internet and overnight mail. The entire sales transaction was seamless and completed with NO issues. I felt no pressure in getting my car. They made sure my car was excellent and affordable and boy did they hit the nail on the head! I got the best deal and payment I'm very happy with my vehicle. Sales staff did a great job of meeting our needs. Very friendly but not pushy! If you are looking for a place to purchase a late model car at a great price this is the place for you! I will look here first!
