I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease. We had the freedom to ask many questions and Roger answered all of our questions. He even let us walk out the shop! Could you believe it? What dealership would do that?
