There was no high sales pitch. The car was like new with very low mileage and in excellent condition. They were very professional and did not try to sell us something we did not want. When I need to buy another car I will definitely check them out first. In fact, we did not look at any other cars before we bought this one. Their operation is small, father and part-time son who is an attorney for a prominent firm in Fresno, but they are honest and have good integrity. The owner is the oldest used car dealership in Fresno (29 years) and we can see why he has been so successful. There's no BS in their approach.

We were greeted by the very friendly, no hassle staff of A&M, the vehicles they offered were very clean and taken care of, we purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Impala and we are very happy with the price and quality of the vehicle. The A & M salesperson, Roger, did a masterful job handling the sales process. He was knowledgeable, professional and co-operative. Searching nationwide; the 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 was priced within the cost range of comparable year and models. As an outer state buyer, the entire sales process was completed via telephone, internet and overnight mail. The entire sales transaction was seamless and completed with NO issues. I felt no pressure in getting my car. They made sure my car was excellent and affordable and boy did they hit the nail on the head! I got the best deal and payment I'm very happy with my vehicle. I was greeted with excellent service as soon as I stepped on the lot. I knew what kind of car I was looking for and they had just bought one at auction a few days before. It was a Tornado Red 2007 VW Rabbit. Dealer said that I could have it but he needed a couple of days to detail and paint the bumper and also a bit of touch up. He threw in 2 brand new tires and did service on the car before I took it home. Very accommodating, warm, and honest. Family owned and operated and they hold themselves to high standards. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend friends.
