I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease. We had the freedom to ask many questions and Roger answered all of our questions. He even let us walk out the shop! Could you believe it? What dealership would do that? My husband and I loved the car after we saw it in person and test drove it. However, we wanted to compare at other local dealerships and we did; but we returned to A&M because they offered the best service, attitude, price and quality of vehicle. The used vehicle I purchased was in great condition, but the service provided by the salesmen was excellent. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from A&M.

Generally I dread walking into a dealership because feel like I get pounced on by salesmen that try to talk you into anything. Two of my co-workers recommended A & M. Al was very friendly and did not pressure me into anything. I left and checked some other dealerships but I came back and bought a 2011 Kia Soul. They were also able to help me sell my car as well. I appreciate the great service from Al & Roger.

The staff at A & M Auto was very courteous, friendly & respectful. There were no high pressure sales people and I was allowed to focus specifically on the car I had come to see. Once I made up my mind, the sales staff did everything they could to get me the financing I needed and the deal was done in just a few hours. All in all, it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had.

My wife and I were looking for a Ford Fusion. We searched on the internet and looked at cars in California, Oregon and Washington.
