I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease. We had the freedom to ask many questions and Roger answered all of our questions. He even let us walk out the shop! Could you believe it? What dealership would do that? My husband and I loved the car after we saw it in person and test drove it. A couple months ago I purchased my Toyota Prius from Al and I've been quite happy with it since. The process was smooth and hassle free, he was very friendly and not pushy at all.
