We were greeted by the very friendly, no hassle staff of A&M, the vehicles they offered were very clean and taken care of, we purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Impala and we are very happy with the price and quality of the vehicle. There was no high sales pitch. The car was like new with very low mileage and in excellent condition. They were very professional and did not try to sell us something we did not want. When I need to buy another car I will definitely check them out first. In fact, we did not look at any other cars before we bought this one. Their operation is small, father and part-time son who is an attorney for a prominent firm in Fresno, but they are honest and have good integrity. The owner is the oldest used car dealership in Fresno (29 years) and we can see why he has been so successful. There's no BS in their approach.

I recently looked far and wide searching for the perfect car and I was surprised with the help I did NOT get from larger dealerships. Places like Paul Blanco's lied about the condition and existence of some of their cars to lure customers. They become popular through radio ads yet they fail to provide you with any genuine kindness. I stumbled upon A&M Auto and was quickly treated with much respect and honesty. At first I believed that this great customer service simply felt good because of terrible experiences prior to entering the lot,. This is not the case, though, as it appears that other testimonies clearly paint the great experience one will find when speaking to the dealers who work there. They do their best to get you the best car you can have and you will never find a place like A&M Auto.

For the first time I had an enjoyable time purchasing a new vehicle for our family. Al was great to work with. He sold us an excellent car at an excellent price. I had done my research before buying our vehicle from A&M Auto. No doubt in my mind I got the best vehicle at the best price at the best financing available. I fully endorse Al and A&M auto.
