I can't say enough good things about the car buying experience. I work A LOT and have crazy hours, I emailed the guys here at A&M Auto about a car I was interested in and I got an email the next day about setting up an appointment to see it. Well the appointment came and went and I didn't have time to go. Flash forward 3 weeks later and my husband and I decide to stop by just in case the car was still there, it was however it was being test driven at the time. We spoke to Roger about what type of car we were looking for and surprisingly he pointed us in the direction of another car that I LOVE! Initially we were going to get a Jeep but when we saw the Hyundai and the room/ features it offered we were sold. I would have never even thought about getting a Hyundai over a jeep until I spoke with Roger. He really understood what we were looking for and made the whole process so easy. He even got me a better financing rate than USAA and that is saying a lot! I have had my car two months now and I could not be happier, she runs amazing, is great on gas, has awesome features and she's all mine thanks to the guys at A&M. Wonderful service really, when it is time for my husband to buy a car we are definitely coming back!

Weeks of research and poor dealership service took me to A & M Auto. Now I cannot imagine buying a car anywhere else!!! The car is excellent but the service, priceless! This is a rare and special business run by a precious family which because of their knowledge, enthusiasm, integrity, and warmth made the experience a cherished event! The car will be a reminder of the people whose business motto is "always do the right thing and things will work out" (Al of A & M). I recently looked far and wide searching for the perfect car and I was surprised with the help I did NOT get from larger dealerships. Places like Paul Blanco's lied about the condition and existence of some of their cars to lure customers. They become popular through radio ads yet they fail to provide you with any genuine kindness. I stumbled upon A&M Auto and was quickly treated with much respect and honesty. At first I believed that this great customer service simply felt good because of terrible experiences prior to entering the lot,. This is not the case, though, as it appears that other testimonies clearly paint the great experience one will find when speaking to the dealers who work there. They do their best to get you the best car you can have and you will never find a place like A&M Auto.

I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease. We had the freedom to ask many questions and Roger answered all of our questions. He even let us walk out the shop! Could you believe it? What dealership would do that? My husband and I loved the car after we saw it in person and test drove it. However, we wanted to compare at other local dealerships and we did; but we returned to A&M because they offered the best service, attitude, price and quality of vehicle. This was the smoothest transaction I've experienced since I started buying cars 38 years ago. Financing was great I only had to sit back and sign on the dotted line. These men (staff) are more interested in your satisfaction than your money. Thank you for a great experience, I will enjoy my new car.

After a hot Saturday of looking at other car dealers and finding nothing, Sunday's purchase was quick, easy, hassle-free and worth the wait. I would recommend A & M to anyone. They are very honest and nice.
