Hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing anything. I did all the paperwork and whatnot with Al. Dude is sincere, kind, funny and just an absolutely awesome person. Seriously, the experience was so good that we felt that we should buy a gift for the guy (and we did).

They've relied on referrals and repeat business for 30 years, and the attention to detail, promptness, kindness and sincerity bear this out. If anyone had anything other than a glowing opinion of this dealership, I would be thoroughly shocked.

We just recently bought a car from A&M Auto in Fresno California. It's a beautiful blue 2016 VW E-Golf. That's the all-electric version of the popular VW Golf car. We bought it from them because we liked the color, and their price was about the best we could find for that car with that number of miles. We never saw the car in person or had a chance to drive it (although we were able to test drive another E-Golf in Scottsdale), but we took the word of Roger about it's condition. When we received the car, it was everything Roger said it would be - in almost perfect condition. And when we drove it, we were all smiles. This car is incredibly fun to drive, with it's instant "throttle" response and it's responsive steering. It's very smooth and quiet. We "fight over" who is going to drive the car, because it is so much fun to drive!
I just wanted to say that Roger and Al at A&M Auto are great people to work with, and that they are very trust-worthy. We would definately consider using them again (for our next EV purchase in 2020), and highly recommend them.

I made my first car purchase from this dealership and so glad that I did. The staff was friendly, caring and respectful, not only to me but my family as well. They treated us like family and were really concerned about my satisfaction with the car. They allowed me to take it for a test drive and knew that I had to buy this car. A couple months ago I purchased my Toyota Prius from Al and I've been quite happy with it since. The process was smooth and hassle free, he was very friendly and not pushy at all. Their asking price was very reasonable, leaving less room for haggling. I got the price i wanted for the vehicle and would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to a friend.

I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease. We had the freedom to ask many questions and Roger answered all of our questions. He even let us walk out the shop! Could you believe it? What dealership would do that? My husband and I loved the car after we saw it in person and test drove it. I can't say enough good things about the car buying experience. I work A LOT and have crazy hours, I emailed the guys here at A&M Auto about a car I was interested in and I got an email the next day about setting up an appointment to see it. Well the appointment came and went and I didn't have time to go. Flash forward 3 weeks later and my husband and I decide to stop by just in case the car was still there, it was however it was being test driven at the time. We spoke to Roger about what type of car we were looking for and surprisingly he pointed us in the direction of another car that I LOVE! Initially we were going to get a Jeep but when we saw the Hyundai and the room/ features it offered we were sold. I would have never even thought about getting a Hyundai over a jeep until I spoke with Roger. He really understood what we were looking for and made the whole process so easy. He even got me a better financing rate than USAA and that is saying a lot! I have had my car two months now and I could not be happier, she runs amazing, is great on gas, has awesome features and she's all mine thanks to the guys at A&M. Wonderful service really, when it is time for my husband to buy a car we are definitely coming back!

I felt no pressure in getting my car. They made sure my car was excellent and affordable and boy did they hit the nail on the head! I got the best deal and payment I'm very happy with my vehicle. This is the second car we bought from Al. Both cars had less than 12K miles on them. He has gone above and beyond to help us not just with financing but to help us sell our old vehicle. We since have referred him to others in search of quality cars. My sister in law recently purchased a car not thinking she would qualify, but Al did it again and got her financed. Both Al & Roger are top-notch dudes who follow-through on what they say they are going to do. I am grateful for their help not only with the purchase and financing but with walking a life-long Chevy guy through how to operate and maintain a high-end Benz. They always answer the phone and if they are busy will call you back if you have a question. These guys are legit-totally forthright and no BS. I recently looked far and wide searching for the perfect car and I was surprised with the help I did NOT get from larger dealerships. Places like Paul Blanco's lied about the condition and existence of some of their cars to lure customers. They become popular through radio ads yet they fail to provide you with any genuine kindness. I stumbled upon A&M Auto and was quickly treated with much respect and honesty. At first I believed that this great customer service simply felt good because of terrible experiences prior to entering the lot,. This is not the case, though, as it appears that other testimonies clearly paint the great experience one will find when speaking to the dealers who work there. They do their best to get you the best car you can have and you will never find a place like A&M Auto.

The staff at A&M auto were amazing helped get me into my new BMW and consigened my old BMW had it sold the first week.
