I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease. Hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing anything. I did all the paperwork and whatnot with Al. Dude is sincere, kind, funny and just an absolutely awesome person. Seriously, the experience was so good that we felt that we should buy a gift for the guy (and we did). They've relied on referrals and repeat business for 30 years, and the attention to detail, promptness, kindness and sincerity bear this out. If anyone had anything other than a glowing opinion of this dealership, I would be thoroughly shocked. Only met Ryan briefly, but he seemed like a really good guy. No plans to buy cars anywhere else currently.

I was greeted with excellent service as soon as I stepped on the lot. I knew what kind of car I was looking for and they had just bought one at auction a few days before. It was a Tornado Red 2007 VW Rabbit. Dealer said that I could have it but he needed a couple of days to detail and paint the bumper and also a bit of touch up. He threw in 2 brand new tires and did service on the car before I took it home. Very accommodating, warm, and honest. Family owned and operated and they hold themselves to high standards. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend friends.

A couple months ago I purchased my Toyota Prius from Al and I've been quite happy with it since. The process was smooth and hassle free, he was very friendly and not pushy at all. Their asking price was very reasonable, leaving less room for haggling. I got the price i wanted for the vehicle and would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to a friend.
