I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease. We had the freedom to ask many questions and Roger answered all of our questions. He even let us walk out the shop! Could you believe it? What dealership would do that? My husband and I loved the car after we saw it in person and test drove it. However, we wanted to compare at other local dealerships and we did; but we returned to A&M because they offered the best service, attitude, price and quality of vehicle. There was no high sales pitch. The car was like new with very low mileage and in excellent condition. They were very professional and did not try to sell us something we did not want. When I need to buy another car I will definitely check them out first. In fact, we did not look at any other cars before we bought this one. Their operation is small, father and part-time son who is an attorney for a prominent firm in Fresno, but they are honest and have good integrity. The owner is the oldest used car dealership in Fresno (29 years) and we can see why he has been so successful. There's no BS in their approach.

After a long search to find the car that suited my needs best A & M Auto was where I felt most comfortable! Not only is my 2011 Nissan Cube by far the best choice for me but the quality and standard that is held at A & M is amazing I would most certainly pass around the good word for A & M they have the support of my family & I, cant thank them enough! satisfied customer!

The staff at A&M auto were amazing helped get me into my new BMW and consigened my old BMW had it sold the first week. Got us finaced and in to twice the car with only a few dollars more on my regular monthly payment. NO MONEY DOWN. I highly recommend A&M AUTO for ur next vehicle purchase i know ill be back;)
