I recently looked far and wide searching for the perfect car and I was surprised with the help I did NOT get from larger dealerships. Places like Paul Blanco's lied about the condition and existence of some of their cars to lure customers. They become popular through radio ads yet they fail to provide you with any genuine kindness. I stumbled upon A&M Auto and was quickly treated with much respect and honesty. At first I believed that this great customer service simply felt good because of terrible experiences prior to entering the lot,. This is not the case, though, as it appears that other testimonies clearly paint the great experience one will find when speaking to the dealers who work there. They do their best to get you the best car you can have and you will never find a place like A&M Auto.

Had the absolute best costumer service from Al, such a wise, genuine and honest person, good vibe from the beginning. Made my car buying experience easy, pleasant and unforgettable. This is the second car we bought from Al. Both cars had less than 12K miles on them. He has gone above and beyond to help us not just with financing but to help us sell our old vehicle. We since have referred him to others in search of quality cars. My sister in law recently purchased a car not thinking she would qualify, but Al did it again and got her financed. Highly recommended.

I purchased a 2006 dodge Durango my credit score was horrible and Mr. AL and his staff went over and beyond to make sure I was financed. . I had to go home and cry cause I was at my end... someone actually gave me a second chance. .. His words were "IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY"... I WILL ALWAYS BE IN HIS DEBT....

I felt no pressure in getting my car. They made sure my car was excellent and affordable and boy did they hit the nail on the head! I got the best deal and payment I'm very happy with my vehicle. I like going back to dealer just to visit AL and hear his stories and wisdom. AL Sales cars to help you not to take your money. Do not go to any big known car lot they will take you for all u got, you can get a excellent car and experience here at A and M auto!!
