I found my place to buy cars for life. Al made my experience unforgettable. I never do this-but after I purchased my 2012 M-B from A & M I felt compelled to write a note about them, and the guys who work there. A sincere thanks to both Al & Roger. Both Al & Roger are top-notch dudes who follow-through on what they say they are going to do. I am grateful for their help not only with the purchase and financing but with walking a life-long Chevy guy through how to operate and maintain a high-end Benz. They always answer the phone and if they are busy will call you back if you have a question. These guys are legit-totally forthright and no BS. I have ever been treated better by ANY automobile agency or dealership. I am going to make my next automobile purchase from A & M.

I was greeted with excellent service as soon as I stepped on the lot. I knew what kind of car I was looking for and they had just bought one at auction a few days before. It was a Tornado Red 2007 VW Rabbit. Dealer said that I could have it but he needed a couple of days to detail and paint the bumper and also a bit of touch up. He threw in 2 brand new tires and did service on the car before I took it home. Very accommodating, warm, and honest. Family owned and operated and they hold themselves to high standards. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend friends.

I recently looked far and wide searching for the perfect car and I was surprised with the help I did NOT get from larger dealerships. Places like Paul Blanco's lied about the condition and existence of some of their cars to lure customers. They become popular through radio ads yet they fail to provide you with any genuine kindness. I stumbled upon A&M Auto and was quickly treated with much respect and honesty. At first I believed that this great customer service simply felt good because of terrible experiences prior to entering the lot,. This is not the case, though, as it appears that other testimonies clearly paint the great experience one will find when speaking to the dealers who work there. They do their best to get you the best car you can have and you will never find a place like A&M Auto.
