The A & M salesperson, Roger, did a masterful job handling the sales process. He was knowledgeable, professional and co-operative. Searching nationwide; the 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 was priced within the cost range of comparable year and models. As an outer state buyer, the entire sales process was completed via telephone, internet and overnight mail. The entire sales transaction was seamless and completed with NO issues. Weeks of research and poor dealership service took me to A & M Auto. Now I cannot imagine buying a car anywhere else!!! The car is excellent but the service, priceless! This is a rare and special business run by a precious family which because of their knowledge, enthusiasm, integrity, and warmth made the experience a cherished event! The car will be a reminder of the people whose business motto is "always do the right thing and things will work out" (Al of A & M). If you are in the market run to A & M Auto, no matter the distance. The drive home will simply allow you to reflect upon the unique and special service which will comfort and satisfy you like a hearty family meal. I cannot wait to go back!

I recently looked far and wide searching for the perfect car and I was surprised with the help I did NOT get from larger dealerships. Places like Paul Blanco's lied about the condition and existence of some of their cars to lure customers. They become popular through radio ads yet they fail to provide you with any genuine kindness. I stumbled upon A&M Auto and was quickly treated with much respect and honesty. At first I believed that this great customer service simply felt good because of terrible experiences prior to entering the lot,. This is not the case, though, as it appears that other testimonies clearly paint the great experience one will find when speaking to the dealers who work there. They do their best to get you the best car you can have and you will never find a place like A&M Auto.

My wife and I were looking for a Ford Fusion. We searched on the internet and looked at cars in California, Oregon and Washington. Al and Roger at A & M Auto had the best car at the best price with excellent service. Driving to Fresno was well worth it! We love our Ford Fusion and plan to buy all our vehicles at A & M Auto.

For the first time I had an enjoyable time purchasing a new vehicle for our family. Al was great to work with. He sold us an excellent car at an excellent price. I had done my research before buying our vehicle from A&M Auto. No doubt in my mind I got the best vehicle at the best price at the best financing available. I fully endorse Al and A&M auto.
