Generally I dread walking into a dealership because feel like I get pounced on by salesmen that try to talk you into anything. Two of my co-workers recommended A & M. Al was very friendly and did not pressure me into anything. I left and checked some other dealerships but I came back and bought a 2011 Kia Soul. They were also able to help me sell my car as well. The staff at A & M Auto was very courteous, friendly & respectful. There were no high pressure sales people and I was allowed to focus specifically on the car I had come to see. Once I made up my mind, the sales staff did everything they could to get me the financing I needed and the deal was done in just a few hours. My wife and I were looking for a Ford Fusion. We searched on the internet and looked at cars in California, Oregon and Washington. I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease.
