Hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing anything. I did all the paperwork and whatnot with Al. Dude is sincere, kind, funny and just an absolutely awesome person. Seriously, the experience was so good that we felt that we should buy a gift for the guy (and we did). They've relied on referrals and repeat business for 30 years, and the attention to detail, promptness, kindness and sincerity bear this out. If anyone had anything other than a glowing opinion of this dealership, I would be thoroughly shocked. Only met Ryan briefly, but he seemed like a really good guy. No plans to buy cars anywhere else currently.

The A & M salesperson, Roger, did a masterful job handling the sales process. He was knowledgeable, professional and co-operative. Searching nationwide; the 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 was priced within the cost range of comparable year and models. As an outer state buyer, the entire sales process was completed via telephone, internet and overnight mail. The entire sales transaction was seamless and completed with NO issues. We were greeted by the very friendly, no hassle staff of A&M, the vehicles they offered were very clean and taken care of, we purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Impala and we are very happy with the price and quality of the vehicle. Weeks of research and poor dealership service took me to A & M Auto. Now I cannot imagine buying a car anywhere else!!! The car is excellent but the service, priceless! This is a rare and special business run by a precious family which because of their knowledge, enthusiasm, integrity, and warmth made the experience a cherished event! The car will be a reminder of the people whose business motto is "always do the right thing and things will work out" (Al of A & M). If you are in the market run to A & M Auto, no matter the distance. The drive home will simply allow you to reflect upon the unique and special service which will comfort and satisfy you like a hearty family meal. I cannot wait to go back!
