A couple months ago I purchased my Toyota Prius from Al and I've been quite happy with it since. The process was smooth and hassle free, he was very friendly and not pushy at all. Their asking price was very reasonable, leaving less room for haggling. I got the price i wanted for the vehicle and would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to a friend.

The A & M salesperson, Roger, did a masterful job handling the sales process. He was knowledgeable, professional and co-operative. Searching nationwide; the 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 was priced within the cost range of comparable year and models. As an outer state buyer, the entire sales process was completed via telephone, internet and overnight mail. The entire sales transaction was seamless and completed with NO issues. I was looking for a good car with easy maintenance, good gas mileage, and longevity all at a great price. I found it at A&M Auto. Nice people to do business with. Had a lot of questions about the car and especially about the numbers. Al answered all without talking down to me. I especially appreciate not being taken advantage of because I am a woman. Generally I dread walking into a dealership because feel like I get pounced on by salesmen that try to talk you into anything. Two of my co-workers recommended A & M. Al was very friendly and did not pressure me into anything. I left and checked some other dealerships but I came back and bought a 2011 Kia Soul. They were also able to help me sell my car as well. I appreciate the great service from Al & Roger.

Weeks of research and poor dealership service took me to A & M Auto. Now I cannot imagine buying a car anywhere else!!! The car is excellent but the service, priceless! This is a rare and special business run by a precious family which because of their knowledge, enthusiasm, integrity, and warmth made the experience a cherished event! The car will be a reminder of the people whose business motto is "always do the right thing and things will work out" (Al of A & M). If you are in the market run to A & M Auto, no matter the distance. The drive home will simply allow you to reflect upon the unique and special service which will comfort and satisfy you like a hearty family meal. I cannot wait to go back!
