I am a happy owner of my Volkswagen Tiguan 2014. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at A&M. We had bad experiences at other local dealerships where we felt pressured and insecurity. Roger and Al provided us with excellent customer service and most importantly made us feel at ease. We had the freedom to ask many questions and Roger answered all of our questions. He even let us walk out the shop! Could you believe it? What dealership would do that? My husband and I loved the car after we saw it in person and test drove it. However, we wanted to compare at other local dealerships and we did; but we returned to A&M because they offered the best service, attitude, price and quality of vehicle. I never do this-but after I purchased my 2012 M-B from A & M I felt compelled to write a note about them, and the guys who work there. A sincere thanks to both Al & Roger. Both Al & Roger are top-notch dudes who follow-through on what they say they are going to do. I am grateful for their help not only with the purchase and financing but with walking a life-long Chevy guy through how to operate and maintain a high-end Benz. They always answer the phone and if they are busy will call you back if you have a question. These guys are legit-totally forthright and no BS. I have ever been treated better by ANY automobile agency or dealership. I am going to make my next automobile purchase from A & M.

This is the second car we bought from Al. Both cars had less than 12K miles on them. He has gone above and beyond to help us not just with financing but to help us sell our old vehicle. My wife and I were looking for a Ford Fusion. We searched on the internet and looked at cars in California, Oregon and Washington. Al and Roger at A & M Auto had the best car at the best price with excellent service. Driving to Fresno was well worth it! We love our Ford Fusion and plan to buy all our vehicles at A & M Auto.

There was no high sales pitch. The car was like new with very low mileage and in excellent condition. They were very professional and did not try to sell us something we did not want. When I need to buy another car I will definitely check them out first. In fact, we did not look at any other cars before we bought this one. Their operation is small, father and part-time son who is an attorney for a prominent firm in Fresno, but they are honest and have good integrity. The owner is the oldest used car dealership in Fresno (29 years) and we can see why he has been so successful. There's no BS in their approach.

A couple months ago I purchased my Toyota Prius from Al and I've been quite happy with it since. The process was smooth and hassle free, he was very friendly and not pushy at all. Their asking price was very reasonable, leaving less room for haggling. I got the price i wanted for the vehicle and would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to a friend.
