Hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing anything. I did all the paperwork and whatnot with Al. Dude is sincere, kind, funny and just an absolutely awesome person. Seriously, the experience was so good that we felt that we should buy a gift for the guy (and we did). They've relied on referrals and repeat business for 30 years, and the attention to detail, promptness, kindness and sincerity bear this out. If anyone had anything other than a glowing opinion of this dealership, I would be thoroughly shocked. Only met Ryan briefly, but he seemed like a really good guy. No plans to buy cars anywhere else currently.

I purchased my Toyota from Al in 2011. I love my rav4. The value I received on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle A&M will be the first place I go. I know That if A&M does not have the vehicle I am looking for they will find it at an excellent price and in excellent condition. I highly recommend doing business with this company, I give them a 5 star.

My wife and I were in the market for a quality used car. We’ve bought cars from the huge dealers in the past and we were already dreading the stress and pressure of haggling and dealing with different salespersons, supervisors and managers. So we thought we would try a smaller dealer in the area to see what happens. We didn’t want to spend too much money and didn’t want to pay new car prices. We thought it would be impossible to find a good dependable used car that would stay inside our budget. The first place we looked was A & M Auto. We told Al (Owner/Broker) what kind of car we were looking for and what our budget was. That’s all we had to say. Al showed us a few different cars that fit our requirements and didn’t pressure us into spending more. In fact, Al lowered the price of another car down to our budget, and that’s the car we liked the best. We didn’t want to buy a car at the first place we looked at, so we left to check the competition. We spent countless hours comparing six other car dealers in the area. We told all the other salespersons what kind of car we were looking for and what our budget was. Then the stress and pressure for us to spend more began. The truth is that the comparable car we found at A & M Auto was thousands more at the other dealers. Needless to say, we went straight back to A & M Auto. Our advice is to stay away from those dealers that have layers and layers of receptionists, salespersons, supervisors, managers, executives, cost-wasting overhead, etc… All those layers of employees end up increasing the price of your car. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, both new and used, 3 in the last year 1/2. Buying the Mustang from A&M Autos was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. There is no TO man to insult your intelligences. The owners and their son Rodger are just real nice folks and a pleasure to do business with.
Before I went shopping for a car, I did a lot of research so I recognized the fact that the car was priced right.Roger gave me a good price with out a lot of haggling. I wrote him a check and drove off with a very nice Mustang. The next time you are in the market for a used vehicle, check with A&M Auto first. No they did not pay me to right this testimonial. A&M Auto got me into the car I've always wanted. It was in excellent condition and I love the way they were willing to help get me financed. When I ran into a small problem I brought the car back and immediately they got it fixed and I was back on the road. Great business and honest and reliable family. There was no high sales pitch. The car was like new with very low mileage and in excellent condition. They were very professional and did not try to sell us something we did not want. When I need to buy another car I will definitely check them out first. In fact, we did not look at any other cars before we bought this one. Their operation is small, father and part-time son who is an attorney for a prominent firm in Fresno, but they are honest and have good integrity. The owner is the oldest used car dealership in Fresno (29 years) and we can see why he has been so successful. There's no BS in their approach.

Roger was fantastic! I not only received a fair deal, but A&M Auto worked with me because of my credit problems. No other dealership would have saved the car for me until I solved my credit problems. Thanks so much, A & M Auto for my wonderful new car.
