I never do this-but after I purchased my 2012 M-B from A & M I felt compelled to write a note about them, and the guys who work there. A sincere thanks to both Al & Roger. Both Al & Roger are top-notch dudes who follow-through on what they say they are going to do. I am grateful for their help not only with the purchase and financing but with walking a life-long Chevy guy through how to operate and maintain a high-end Benz. They always answer the phone and if they are busy will call you back if you have a question. These guys are legit-totally forthright and no BS. I have ever been treated better by ANY automobile agency or dealership. I am going to make my next automobile purchase from A & M.

For the first time I had an enjoyable time purchasing a new vehicle for our family. Al was great to work with. He sold us an excellent car at an excellent price. I had done my research before buying our vehicle from A&M Auto. No doubt in my mind I got the best vehicle at the best price at the best financing available. I fully endorse Al and A&M auto. I recently looked far and wide searching for the perfect car and I was surprised with the help I did NOT get from larger dealerships. Places like Paul Blanco's lied about the condition and existence of some of their cars to lure customers. They become popular through radio ads yet they fail to provide you with any genuine kindness. I stumbled upon A&M Auto and was quickly treated with much respect and honesty. At first I believed that this great customer service simply felt good because of terrible experiences prior to entering the lot,. This is not the case, though, as it appears that other testimonies clearly paint the great experience one will find when speaking to the dealers who work there. They do their best to get you the best car you can have and you will never find a place like A&M Auto.

I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, both new and used, 3 in the last year 1/2. Buying the Mustang from A&M Autos was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. There is no TO man to insult your intelligences. The owners and their son Rodger are just real nice folks and a pleasure to do business with.
Before I went shopping for a car, I did a lot of research so I recognized the fact that the car was priced right.Roger gave me a good price with out a lot of haggling. I wrote him a check and drove off with a very nice Mustang. The next time you are in the market for a used vehicle, check with A&M Auto first. No they did not pay me to right this testimonial. The staff at A & M Auto was very courteous, friendly & respectful. There were no high pressure sales people and I was allowed to focus specifically on the car I had come to see. Once I made up my mind, the sales staff did everything they could to get me the financing I needed and the deal was done in just a few hours. All in all, it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had.

Generally I dread walking into a dealership because feel like I get pounced on by salesmen that try to talk you into anything. Two of my co-workers recommended A & M. Al was very friendly and did not pressure me into anything. I left and checked some other dealerships but I came back and bought a 2011 Kia Soul. They were also able to help me sell my car as well. I appreciate the great service from Al & Roger.
