I can't say enough good things about the car buying experience. I work A LOT and have crazy hours, I emailed the guys here at A&M Auto about a car I was interested in and I got an email the next day about setting up an appointment to see it. Well the appointment came and went and I didn't have time to go. Flash forward 3 weeks later and my husband and I decide to stop by just in case the car was still there, it was however it was being test driven at the time. We spoke to Roger about what type of car we were looking for and surprisingly he pointed us in the direction of another car that I LOVE! Initially we were going to get a Jeep but when we saw the Hyundai and the room/ features it offered we were sold. I would have never even thought about getting a Hyundai over a jeep until I spoke with Roger. He really understood what we were looking for and made the whole process so easy. He even got me a better financing rate than USAA and that is saying a lot! I have had my car two months now and I could not be happier, she runs amazing, is great on gas, has awesome features and she's all mine thanks to the guys at A&M. My wife and I were in the market for a quality used car. We’ve bought cars from the huge dealers in the past and we were already dreading the stress and pressure of haggling and dealing with different salespersons, supervisors and managers. So we thought we would try a smaller dealer in the area to see what happens. We didn’t want to spend too much money and didn’t want to pay new car prices. We thought it would be impossible to find a good dependable used car that would stay inside our budget. The first place we looked was A & M Auto. We told Al (Owner/Broker) what kind of car we were looking for and what our budget was. That’s all we had to say. Al showed us a few different cars that fit our requirements and didn’t pressure us into spending more. In fact, Al lowered the price of another car down to our budget, and that’s the car we liked the best. We didn’t want to buy a car at the first place we looked at, so we left to check the competition. We spent countless hours comparing six other car dealers in the area. We told all the other salespersons what kind of car we were looking for and what our budget was. Then the stress and pressure for us to spend more began. The truth is that the comparable car we found at A & M Auto was thousands more at the other dealers. Needless to say, we went straight back to A & M Auto. Our advice is to stay away from those dealers that have layers and layers of receptionists, salespersons, supervisors, managers, executives, cost-wasting overhead, etc… All those layers of employees end up increasing the price of your car. Weeks of research and poor dealership service took me to A & M Auto. Now I cannot imagine buying a car anywhere else!!! The car is excellent but the service, priceless! This is a rare and special business run by a precious family which because of their knowledge, enthusiasm, integrity, and warmth made the experience a cherished event! The car will be a reminder of the people whose business motto is "always do the right thing and things will work out" (Al of A & M). If you are in the market run to A & M Auto, no matter the distance. I felt no pressure in getting my car. They made sure my car was excellent and affordable and boy did they hit the nail on the head! I got the best deal and payment I'm very happy with my vehicle. I like going back to dealer just to visit AL and hear his stories and wisdom. AL Sales cars to help you not to take your money. Do not go to any big known car lot they will take you for all u got, you can get a excellent car and experience here at A and M auto!!

A couple months ago I purchased my Toyota Prius from Al and I've been quite happy with it since. The process was smooth and hassle free, he was very friendly and not pushy at all. Their asking price was very reasonable, leaving less room for haggling. I got the price i wanted for the vehicle and would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to a friend.
